Lose Weight forever




1) Eat a big breakfast of organic rye bread, raw butter,fruits
No fruits after 4pm
Coffee limited and made with pure water.
2) Drink 8 glasses of spring or distilled water.
3) Walk three days a week consecutively
4) Do not eat after 8pm or two hours before bed
5) Colon cleanse
6) 100% organic, virgin coconut oil
7)Organic grapefruit all day or as many as possible.
8) no NutraSweet, saccharin or splenda
9)No MSG at all
10) take digestive enzymes
11) no diet sodas or diet food
12) No fast foods
13) No high fructose con syrup
14) No white sugar or white floor
15) Limit dairy product
